After his parents, and with them all the residents of Amity Park, once again forgot he's Phantom, Danny was in a mood to be like a little shit. The funny thing was, his secret wasn’t completely erased. He discovered this because the world renowned hero Phantom was an honorary member of the Justice League...and the unknown Fenton is constantly receiving calls from old acquaintances.

Danny was impatient to get back to home-sweet-space-station-home and get to work, so he didn’t try to tread lightly.

~~~~~ "Hey, dude, do you remember the last security code for the third decommissioned weapons depot?" Flash’s voice came from the phone. "Of course, this is blobghost34boo." Danny answered calmly. "Thanks, man." Flash finished the call. "Flash, who were you just talking to?" Batman asked with suspicion. "What are you talking about? Of course I talked to.."Flash stopped and blinked. "I don’t know?" "What does that mean?" Batman screams in anger."How did the security codes that none of you remember end up in the hands of an outsider?" "I have no idea who I just talked to!" Flash screamed in horror.

Jazz took a call from Batman this time. " Not sorry, but Danny can't come to the phone right now."

"Why?' Jazz glanced at the Phantom fighting with Spectra outside the window. "Oh, 'cause he's dead."

DANNY PHANTOM: A GLITCH IN TIME SOLD OUT ON AMAZON WHOOOO!!!!

WE DID IT!!! This makes me feel so happy and optimistic about the future of DP- A cartoon that only a few years ago, I felt certain would never have a continuation after so many years (and a GOOD continuation at that)

I loved this cartoon DEARLY growing up and based on the hype and reaction from others, I see others feel like same way- It feels incredible to see people getting excited again, talking about characters and speculations on where the story could go next.

Thank you Gabriela Epstein, for reviving a story and characters that have only lived on in our minds for YEARS and sticking the landing and doing it justice!! With the graphic novel doing so well, I'm praying more volumes will be picked up soon!!!

I love how in AGIT Clockwork heals Danny and sends him on his way but when Vlad is dropped off, he still has his scar and is beaten up. Like- "lol you deserved this. Also this demon child is your responsibility now. I'm never coming back. Peace out." :)

Hear me out: Dan has to inhabit Danny’s body after the events of AGIT because he’s incompatible with the clones (something about the Vlad in him).

So while Vlad makes him a body he’s stuck with Danny in a sort of Venom and Eddie situation.

When Danny goes ghost, Dan is who he transforms into and is in control until he transforms back.

And of course they’re both stuck with each other’s consciences, they shit talk each other- it’s their way of coping with the situation.

hey yeah okay so i think i figured out how long Dan canonically stayed in the thermos for. 

starting by using Danny's age as a timeline. not an expert on american education systems, but from what i can figure out, CATs are first done typically around the age of 14, which would line up with the shows inability to age Danny up like ever.

because this is then when TUE happened, we can use Danny being 14 as the beginning of Dan's Thermos Time™ (TT). keep in mind that Danny also died in the same year.

"A few years ago" is extremely vague, but we can dial down the possibilities on the fact that he's still a teenager, which means this is automatically somewhere between 16-17.

(I personally go with 17, because i would NOT call 2 years 'a few years', but you can technically argue that he could be 16.)

which means that Dan started TT when Danny was 14, and exited TT when he was 17. therefore, Dan has been inside of the thermos for around 3 years. 

another thing:

during TT (according to the ghost in question),  he was able to think, scheme, and be conscious and aware of how lonely he was; -presumably- the entire time. 

don't know about y'all, but THREE(3) straight years of what is essentially solitary confinement can absolutely change a person. like, an entire upheaval of disposition, integrity, memory, and personality; no wonder his attitude has changed since TUE.

anyways so yeah no Dan went through hell and then stayed in it for so. fucking. long. PLEASE get this man some therapy.

AGIT Sequel Teaser Cover Redraw || millieueu

Finally finished redrawing the teaser cover for the second graphic novel!! Words can’t describe how excited I am!! I can’t wait to convince my parents to get it again :3

There are a few inconsistencies here and there (especially Valerie’s thumb), but overall, I’m really proud of this piece :3

Being a kid and watching Danny Phantom meant accepting what the show wanted you to know: Dark Danny and Vlad were evil. They were one-dimensional villains who were just there to be evil. They were there to be everything that our Danny wasn’t.

Being an adult reading AGIT is acknowledging that Dark Danny lost everything he had at 14 years old. He was a just a child, one that had already been carrying too much for his age. Danny stopped emotionally growing at 14 and tried taking away his pain, but only became consumed by his anger. Being an adult who has experienced loss is understanding exactly how Danny feels. That anger is so much easier than pain.

Being an adult reading AGIT is understanding that Vlad was only in college when his best friend’s negligence cost him his life. Being an adult is understanding that Vlad lost everything too, nearly as young as Danny did.

Being an adult is understanding that no one is black and white. No one is good or evil. We’re all just trying our best. AGIT did such a good job representing this.

another thing i noticed when re-reading AGIT for the gazillion-ith time:

this specific shading over the eyes only happens with Dan and Danny. literally no one else. like. y'all are NOT beating the the 'same-person' allegations, LOOK AT Y'ALL!!!!
